In our OUTLET, we offer clothing, accessories, and footwear from previous seasons with discounts up to -70%.

 

SHIPPING

For purchases over €150, shipping costs will be free (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS ONLY).

For purchases under €150, shipping costs will be:

- Peninsula and Portugal (except Azores): €6.95 via GLS.

- Balearic Islands: €9.95 via Correos Express.

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €19.95 via Correos.

- France and Italy: €14.95 via DHL.

- Azores and rest of EU: €29.95 via DHL.

- United Kingdom and rest of Europe: €35 via DHL.

- United States and Canada: €49.95 via DHL Express Worldwide.

- Central America and South America: €75 via DHL Express Worldwide.

- Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong: €49.95 via DHL Express Worldwide.

- Rest of countries (please inquire): €99.95.

*Costs generated by customs for the import of our orders will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns for Outlet orders can only be made online. We do not accept Outlet returns in-store.

The customer must bear the return costs of the items to be returned. You have 30 days to request a return. You can request a refund, which will be credited within a maximum of 14 days.

OUTLET products allow size exchanges subject to the availability of the garment, accessory, or footwear. For these types of items, we cannot guarantee stock of the desired size. In case of a size exchange, the customer must bear the return and shipping costs of the new garment.

PURCHASES AND PRICES

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

All prices indicated on our website are in euros, include VAT, and are current, except for typographical error. The company reserves the right to modify prices freely on the website without prior notice. Likewise, it also reserves the right to correct any human or technical typographical error that does not correctly reflect the price of an item and communicate it to the buyer before processing their order.
